These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Biohack application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Buettner Labs LLC (“Buettner Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Biohack is a nutrition tracking application that provides food longevity scores, micronutrient tracking, fasting tracking, and supplement recommendations based on publicly available nutritional data and general wellness principles. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze meal inputs and generate informational scores and insights.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The information provided by Biohack, including but not limited to food scores, nutrient analysis, fasting data, and supplement suggestions, is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Food scores and nutrition information are based on publicly available nutritional data, peer-reviewed research, and general wellness principles. Individual nutritional needs vary significantly based on age, sex, health conditions, medications, and other factors.

4. Eligibility

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

By submitting content to the Service (including meal photos, food descriptions, and feedback), you grant Buettner Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze that content to provide and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutritional data, scores, or recommendations provided through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUETTNER LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BUETTNER LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION, SCORES, OR RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buettner Labs LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buettner Labs LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
